Delivery/Shipping Policies
We ship by UPS, FedEx ground, or common carrier. You will see an
estimated arrival date when you place an item in your shopping cart. Please allow extra time for delivery of larger furniture items.

Cancellation Policy

Warranties
A copy of the written warranty is included with each warrantied item. To get a copy before ordering, specify product name and write to: HomeVisions Warranty Information, P.O. Box 2789, Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-2789.
Guarantees/Returns
When you receive your purchase, if you are not satisfied, simply return it within 60 days.
We'll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling
charges. Please call customer service at 1-800-651-1415 for assistance with returning an order.
Payment Options
You can pay for your purchases through this web site by using American Express,
MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. You may place an order and pay
with a check or money order by writing to PO Box 2789 Cedar Rapids, Iowa
52406-2789, attention Home Visions Order Processing Center. Please be sure to
include the item numbers that you would like to order, as well as, a
complete shipping address. Make checks payable to Home Visions. Order may be held for
10-14 days for payment to clear. A $25 fee will be charged on all checks returned for
collection.
